Meadows I, Meadows II, and Meadows III, Near Elderly Other Project Based Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Snohomish County, Washington.

The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Near Elderly waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Meadows I, Meadows II, and Meadows III from the earliest confirmed date of July 25, 2022, until the earliest confirmed close date of May 3, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• This waiting list was for applicants who are 55 years of age or older. 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call the property leasing office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
